Need help figuring out if the video card will run with my PSU

What is my minimum system power supply?
I can't seem to figure it out, should I just add the wattage of all the rails or is there any other process?

I don't really know anything much about these PSUs. I wanted to know if it will atleast support a graphic card which requires 19W power supply and minimum system power supply requirement is listed as 300W.

Even though the sticker states it's continuous power output is 250W I'd never trust my life or my components for that matter on that unit as it's a mere ticking time bomb. Honest! If you'd like to learn a lesson the hard way, keep it with your system and after it takes down the system, you'll have to rebuild the entire build component by component.
