Hi -
A good set of parts. I've built with both ASUS and MSI, and both builds were fine. I haven't OC'ed on either, so I can't offer which is better for that.

A few other random comments -
o The HD graphics on the CPU is irrelevant as soon as you install a video card.
o Good pick on the 3GB of video card RAM.
o With 16GB RAM you'll be able to turn off the Windows' virtual memory.
o Do you really need a full tower case?
o The AX is one of Corsair's higher-end PSUs, and it's a good PSU.
o SSD is for OS and frequent programs, and HD is primarily for storage?

There are probably a few places you could trim back if $$$'s are important. Depending on what you'll be doing, you could reduce your spend in a couple of places and not see...
