Need help finding a cheap ($10) vga to hdmi converter on walmart

I need to find a cheap vga to hdmi converter so that I can use my graphics card and new monitor.
I have a vga cable and hdmi cable.
Preferably would like to have a converter that it simple and not a lot of wires.
Needs to be about 6 to 9 feet

Is VGA the only possible output on your PC?

I'm not sure if this is the same issue same but my HP Chromebox only has an HDMI output and all of my monitors have VGA inputs. I have plenty of good monitors but no reason to replace them just because they lack and HDMI port. Here is the adapter I bought from Wal-Mart and it works well:

Be careful buying these adapters off Ebay. They are hit or miss. I've bought five of them off Ebay and only two of them works. The one from Wal-Mart is twice as much but I figured if it didn't work I could easily take it back instead of having to ship an adapter back to the Ebay seller.
