Need help finding a good AMD under $120

I'm currently upgrading my PC with new parts. I am trying to spend under $650. But i need a good motherboard for overclocking that's under $120

Heres my MUST HAVE ITEMS (With Prices):
MSI GTX 970 GAMING, or ASUS GTX 970 Strix ($349.99 for both)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO ($34.99)
AMD FX 8350, or 8320 (8350 is $179.99) (8320 is $129.99)

If you are wondering why im upgrading my PC, its because it's suffering from serious issues such as blue screens and terrible performance loss.
