Need help finding a good Low Profile card for slimline

Hey guys, I've been looking around and decided to upgrade my Hewlett-Packard s5713w Slimline.
As is it's running:

Single CPU Base Board
Manufacturer: PEGATRON CORPORATION
Product: 2A6C
AMD Athlon™ II X2 240 Processor 2.8GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
Integrated RAMDAC
RAM: 256.0 MB
*I Slapped myself after I bought this and found out that I couldn't run oblivion smootly*
3gb DDR2
250watt psu

Im trying to find a low profile card that will allow me to run Skyrim at 1280x1024.
I know that the System reqs are the Nvidia Geforce GTX 260 or the Ati Radeon HD 4890.
The PSU is gonna be the biggest issue. If nothing else I guess I'll have to get a better one but what card would you guys suggest.

Sell that to somebody doing internet browsing! And build yourself a gaming rig, what ever you build for $500 is going to exceed that by a mile!
