Need help finding a good motherboard and CPU cooler

I have a Corsair Carbide 240, and was wondering what the best motherboard and CPU liquid cooler would be for gaming. My CPU socket is LGA 1155.

What CPU? If a K model will want a Z77 or P67, otherwise can go to a lower end chipset 😉
