Question I need help finding a good used Xeon for under $100 ?

Does anyone know a good platform/xeon cpu that I could get with high core count maybe 12-16+ physical cores if possible, doesn't need to be ecc, and not looking for anything new obv for the price.

I have a 32gb kit of ddr3 and a 32gb kit of ddr4 so it can be from either of those generations. Just looking for a cpu recommendations and then I'll go hunting for a used motherboard. My budget is probably about $100 on the cpu, and it will be used to run some servers through vSphere, and some lighter gaming services. I'd like one that works on an lga 2011, 2011-v3, or 2066 socket.

I would go with a 2011-v3. You'll be able to use Xeons with higher core/thread counts than previous versions.
