Need help finding a graphics card.

If possible, I want to find a graphics card for my computer that's good for gaming. I've been looking for a while, but still haven't found any. I'm a little bit of a newbie when it comes to upgrading system hardware, etc. The problem I'm having is finding one compatible with my PC. Any links to a compatible graphics card that's better than the one I already have would be much appreciated.

You couldn't just list the model of HP you have and give some basic specs? I'm getting a 'website not responding' thing on that link.

That's an all-in one, basically a laptop glued to a monitor. You can't upgrade the video card in the system.
