What's the best 24" 1080p gaming monitor under 250 bucks?

This one is kinda cheap, and you might have to adjust the color (simply change the profile to gaming or other), but it has FreeSync and it works with Nvidia. I've had mine a few years and I love it. And it has an adjustable height.
