Need help finding a new graphics card for my old pc

My HP P7 1010 is running really slow on alot of games now a days and I need to know if I can get a new graphics card without replacing anything else.

Here are my specs :
Motherboard - N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix)
CPU - AMD Athlon II X4 645
Memory - 6 GB
Video Graphics Card - ATI Radeon 4200
My power supply is 250W

I'd probably stick with the super low power GT 1030. Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GT 1030 2 GB SC Low Profile Video Card ($84.99 @ Newegg)

or you can upgrade your power supply (would highly recommend) and get a better GPU such as an RX 570. You could then use both the new PSU and GPU in a new build down the road.
