Question Need help finding a replacement AM3+ Motherboard

I currently have a MSI 970A-G46 motherboard with an AMD FX-8320 processor. I would like to upgrade my motherboard because I have been told that the MSI 970A-G46 does not handle 8 cores or overclocking well. The board also may have sustained some damage when it was dropped while in an old case. Since it is an AM3 most of the reccomended boards I've seen are no longer sold. I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a good board I can still buy that will allow me to overclock my 8320. I am hoping to keep my price close to $200 as I have seen some ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z motherboards for sale used for that amount. Also let me know if you think I should just for got a used Crosshair V.

Spending 200 dollars, or any money for that matter, to OC an 8320 is a waste.
You would be much better off putting that money towards an upgrade.

Sell your motherboard, CPU & DDR3 and buy a Ryzen system as even the 1600 would crush that 8320 for gaming/multitasking/rendering. If you live near a Microcenter you can get it for $80 instead of $120.
