Need help finding a replacement fan for my Sapphire 5850

Hello, I am having a hard time finding a replacement fan for my Sapphire 5850. It has 3 mounting screws at the back with the shape of a triangle and 39mm distance between them. I am not looking for something that is top-grade cooling but looking for something decent and reliable.
