Need help finding a replacement mobo

I'm using a IPIEL-LA3 motherboard that came stock with my hp computer. I have a Q9300 2.50Ghz installed but I can't overclock it in the bios, so I need a replacement motherboard that performs the same or better then my current one and allows overclocking of the cpu.
