Need help finding cheapest motherboard for i5-6400 and has 4 RAM slots.

A friend's mother board died and he needs a new one and cheap as possible. He has i5-6400, RX-480, and 4X4GB DDR4 RAM.

Thanks so much! But doesn't the motherboard need to be Z170 chipset to work with the i5-6400? Or is their other chipsets that work?

H110/B150/H170/B250/H270/Z170 & Z270 will work with that CPU. For the price though the B250 would be the best to pair with it.

Thanks! His ram is 3000MHz so you prob wont tell a difference in games would you if it lowered speed?

No, with Intel the difference in ram speeds make very little difference in gaming.
