Need help finding laptop for programming purposes

Hi people,

I'm in desperate need of a new laptop for programming. I have a few things I'd like it to have but I don't really know what laptop would suit me best.

Needs:
- lightweight
- between 600-800$
- not too small (~14 /15 inches)
- slim frame (my old laptop had a fairly thick frame which took away from the actual screen size)
- intel core i5 and above
- no pre-installed OS needed

Does anybody have general tips?
