Some info on the parts I changed:
-SSD- A solid state drive is basically a really fast hard drive (where you store your information). The reason behind having a SSD and HDD (hard drive) in the first build is because if you install your OS and web browser/applications on the SSD they will open/start faster. So an SSD would boot up your windows alot faster than if you put your OS on a standard Hard Drive. SSD are considered a luxury item mainly because there is no performance increase for gaming. So if you were playing a game that is stored on the SSD your loading screens would be shorter but there would be no difference between how the game looks once it loads up.
-GPU- The gtx 770 is a very powerful card, if you are playing at a 1080p resolution, it would play pretty much all games at max settings. The gtx 760 in the second build is a step down from the gtx 770 but is still very powerful (and what I have right now). I can play all games to my satisfaction right now with a gtx 760. Played Bioshock Infinite at Ultra details, Skyrim with a ton of mods, Batman Origins and Assassins Creed at high or ultra.
Let me know if you have any questions about either build.
