A little more budget oriented, with a 144hz 1080p monitor (very limited choices on monitors and peripherals, you might want to look on Amazon sellers that will ship to you)

What does it need to include?
Monitor, OS, Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers/Headphones?
Do you have any computer hardware already that you will be using?

Do you have any preferences when it comes to what it will look like? Size?

Good on you for giving currency and location. Lot of people forget location when dealing with Euros.

Seconding @Eximo.

What games do you intend to play?

Most software lists the necessary hardware requirements. Usually in the form of minimum, recommended, and best.

You do not want "minimum" and you do want as much "best" as you can afford.

And think ahead - plan for growth. VR for example...

You may need to increase your budget.

And do take a look at the Gaming PC recommendations published within Tom's Hardware.

Full build, no peripherals:

Power supply is a little oversized, but based on what is for sale in Denmark, this thing is the best choice. You can save a little if you want, they offer the 550W model for a little less.

Thank you very much, I'm not sure what games the pc is meant to be played since it's for my brother. But it is merely the computer parts that I needed help with as he does own monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc. already
