Need help finding replacement motherboard

I need help finding a replacement motherboard for my parent’s Dell Dimension 4700c. I know it may be easier to just buy a new computer, but my parents don’t want to and just want me to replace the broken motherboard (capacitors exploded and ruined it). I have looked around but I don’t know much about motherboards and what I have to look for. Additionally, it appears the motherboard may have been custom made to be attached to the case. If it is possible to replace I’m looking for the cheapest option available, doesn’t have to be a good motherboard as long as it works with the parts in the 4700c. Thanks for any help.

Consider buying another 4700c via e-bay. Look for a trusted seller.

Prices varied. Between $75 and $150 for the most part. You may be able to buy a couple based on your budget.

Full disclosure: I did not compare the specs amongst the offerings. Nor I am selling any computers (or anything else for that matter) on ebay.

Just an immediate suggestion. Take a look.
