[SOLVED] NEED HELP FINDING THE CAUSE OF THE RANDOM REBOOTS

I have been experiencing random reboots since last year when playing a certain game (Valorant), it happens on this game only and every time I visit Event Viewer for error log it shows Whea logger ID 18 and Kernel Power ID 41.

After each random reboot my pc works perfectly fine until the rest of the day.



PC SPECS:

Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600

Mobo: B450m Pro Vdh-Max

Ram: Avexir Core 2 3200mhz 8gb x2

Gpu: R7 240

Psu: Seasonic S12iii - 650watts



TROUBLESHOOTS I MADE:

1. Updating windows, drivers and bios to the latest version

2. Clean install of OS

3. Setting bios to default

4. Rollback gpu drivers

5. Disabling PBO and Core performance boost

6. XMP disabled

7. Monitoring cpu (44c-63c) and gpu (39c-52c) temperature from idle to gaming

try these step by step:

• Disconnect from internet
• Uninstall gpu driver using DDU (clean and do not restart).
• Uninstall all the processors on device manager (should be 12 on yours) like this:
  
  
• Restart the pc to bios, and update to the latest bios(download, extract the files and copy it to flashdrive, plug it on top rear usb slot then reboot to bios and flash the bios). Then go to bios again after update and load default or optimized settings.
  
  
• boot up to windows and install the latest AMD Chipset driver, reboot, go to power plan, choose amd ryzen balanced, and connect to internet.
  
  
• Install the latest radeon driver for that gpu.
  
  *do this all offline until reboot after installing amd chipset driver, also you may reboot to bios after all of this to set the XMP (and previous settings you did in the bios), make sure your ram is on slot 2 and 4. Download needed files (highlighted word) before doing step 1, do the step by orders.
  
  
• And check windows update (and optional updates) if there is any, install them all (except for chipset driver).
