Hello, currently am looking for a triple display setup that'll fit my wants of 144hz, and needs of IPS and thin besels

My current build:
i5-6600k OC: 4.2ghz
EVGA gtx 1080 SC
8gb of ram, (16gb soon)
asus z170-AR mobo

Solution
you need to decide which is more important for you. 144Hz or IPS.
I would recommend IPS for triple display setup because of the viewing angles, maybe something like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-23MP68VQ-23-Inch-Class-Monitor/dp/B01F1PSHVW.

but since you went nVidia you would be stock with 144Hz TN ASUS PG248Q. (quite pricey for triple-setup)

Solution
ASUS MG MG279Q 27" Screen LED-lit Monitor

Under $500, covers all your bases, and has the added bonus of 1440p.

most of the 1080p TN 144hz panels cost upwards of $350, probably $400 anyway.

You could also consider a VA panel, they're pretty damn close to IPS and cheaper.
