Need help finding what RAM I can get for my laptop

My laptop is a Acer Aspire E-15 (i5-8250u, MX150 model).

I read that the RAM can be upgraded to 16gb from it’s normal 8gb, but I don’t have the first clue on what RAM I need to get, could someone much more tech savvy than me please help me out?

Ram vendors such as crucial and Kingston will have an app for such an upgrade.
You enter in your laptop make/model and you will get a list of supported ram upgrades.

Some good news for you. It looks to me like your laptop has 2 slots for ram ... one of which is empty, the other has a 8 Gb stick ... hence, all you need is 1 8 Gb ram stick. In my experience, this is unusual ... they almost always come with 2 4 Gb sticks and then to upgrade to 16 Gb you need to buy 2 8 Gb sticks. Lucky you!
