need help first gaming pc build

so i configured a 1080p gaming pc build and i was wondering if all the components would work and how well it would perform in 1080p gaming. The two fans are for intake btw also i understand that the stock cooler for the i5 7500 is fine because im not overclocking but i just wanted a quiet cpu fan

Swap to this ram and you'd be good to go. Same price for dual channel and a good bit lower latency
