Need help fixing a leak

I recently made a loop and it has a leak! Im using EK HDC fittings atm.

It looks like you have more than one leak and they're all at mounting points. Check that the fixings are tight and replace them if necessary.

These connectors have washers on them and should require very little tightening to seal. If the washers were indeed present, everything is tight and you still have leaks, you may have over-tightened and crushed the washers, causing them to rip.
