Need help fixing my display

I just recently tried to switch my computer to integrated graphics with the graphics card still on it but a huge problem I went into the BIOS and changed the video output to I gfx and now it's not displaying anything and I need to change it back but even though I shifted the cable to the mother board it's not showing an output I need help

change the output to gfx, or igfx?
take the gpu out.

Okay so I lost hope for my monitor but after couple of hours I saw my monitor was on and it switched to the integrated graphics so all good
