Need help for a cheap cpu and ram combo offer

I have a friend who can sell to me an AMD FX-4300 with stock cooler and 8gb ram for 30€ ($32.80). Is this a good offer ? If get this i can build a new pc arround these parts for an extra 170€ ($185.86), this price doesn't include a gpu because another friend of mine is going to give me a gtx 750 TI for free. My current pc has a Core 2 Duo E7400 @3.0Ghz, 4GB DDR2, 320GB SATA 2 5400RPM and a GT 630 2GB.

Not sure what you asking. Are you going to build a new computer or use the old parts? Also you have an Intel, yet your friend gave you a AMD, so a new motherboard is needed. You do realize that you are hitting a dead end with these parts, and probably can some good old games.

What about something like this for your budget? Performance per core is much better then that 4300 and has a better upgrade path.

If i buy the combo i will buy a new motherboard. I know that the cpu is old but i can't build a more powerful pc with new parts without paying more than 200€. Also i don't plan to play new games. The only games that i play are NBA 2K14 and very old games like age of mythology. I also forgot to say that i need to buy an case, psu and hdd.

No i can't reuse these parts, because i have to keep my current pc as it is. Also my current parts aren't that good.
