[SOLVED] Need help for a new build

Hi everyone, recently I sold my old optiplex 990 with a i7 2600.

Now I want a new build and a newer socket than 1155.
Can someone suggest me a motherboard,cpu and ram for about ~150-200€?

I am not looking for the newest cpu and what so ever. Just something better than a i7 2600 and a good motherboard with ddr4 ram.

I am living in Germany.

I got a h310m s2v, i3 9100f and 16gb ram for 150€ and for gaming the i3 is in some cases better than the r5 2600.
