Hello,
Recently, a flood destroyed my room and I was using that PC for work and games. I need a new PC for mainly graphic design and gaming on the side. Budget is $20k because I need to rebuild the room and have money for a desk, chair, etc. Custom water cooling is a must, a good 4k color-accurate monitor, storage is a must, no HDD, and a tiny pc for security camera server that will stay on 24/7.

Thanks in advance.

Great PC but the mouse, keyboard, and sound system I won't need and I can spend is on the room. Hella good tho.

I see.
What is your budget for just the PC?
How much do looks matter to you?
Do you want hard or soft tubing custom water cooling and do you want the loop to include just CPU or GPU or both?
I'd stay away from custom unless you really want it to look nice and really have the money for it, along with the skills to assemble and reassemble in order to clean out the loop.
