Need help for AMD R5 1400 Overclock

Hi,

I'm new to overclocking and was wondering what frequency I should set my CPU to. I'm using the stock cooler on the GIGABYTE AB350M-HD3 mobo. All help is appreciated.

Hi, ryzen cpus dont overclock all that well even less so on the stock cooler. Try to reach 3.6Ghz, moving up by small steps. Higher than that you will need an aftermarket cooler.
