So I'm trying to build a budget gaming pc, and i don't have any experience at all
I've done some research and I'm thinking of these components; All prices are from amazon.com

CPU: Intel Core i5 8600k - 238 $
GPU: MSI Gaming Geforce GTX 1060 6GB - 317 $
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix z370H - 157$
Storage: Seagate 2TB Baracuda - 54$
SSD: Kingston A400 SSD 240GB SATA - 60$
8 GB DDR4: Kingston HyperX Fury( x4GB) - 94$ (do i need 16GB)
Power supply: EVGA 650W - 50$

So i need to know can these components work out together and what to do for Cooling and Case that can support all of this

Thank you

You don't specify what speed the memory is. The motherboards memory QVL will tell you what memory will work. The QVL is here http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1151/ROG_STRIX_Z370-H_GAMING/Z370-H-DRAM-QVL-0413.pdf

At stock speeds of 2133 I wouldn't expect too many problems from most brands.

Do you plan overclocking the I5-8600K?

Personal choice - AIO liquid coolers. A 120mm cooler should do the job depending on whether you are going to overclock or not, or whether you plan on playing demanding games like PUBG, Fortnite, etc... If so I'd opt for a 240mm cooler.

There are literally several hundred cases that will suit your needs. I'm partial to the Fractal Design R5 but that's probably a bit on the expensive side.
Just look for...

Just look for one that has the ability to house a 240mm radiator at top or front. Maybe the Corsair SPEC series of cases? The choices are almost limitless.

The gtx 1060 won't give you 144fps.

So you can very well choose the ryzen 2600X which comes with a stick cooler.

Choose a X370 mobo and try to overclock the rams (try for 2x4gb) to 2933mhz min.

If you have a 60hz monitor, the 1060 is OK. Otherwise u can go for a 75hz freesync monitor and get a 4gb rx580 gpu

Try for the corsair carbide 275R or phanteks p400s case.

How about this? 8 core, 580 which is better than 1060..
