Need help for building PC

I’m planning to build a new PC and I’m using

Intel i5 8400
NVIDIA GeForce GT 730
1x8GB DDR4 RAM ( would an RAM of any company work good?)
250GB Samsung EVO SATA III SSD
Western Digital 1TB HDD 7200 RPM CLASS

I’m looking for the best budget motherboard, power supply, CPU cooler on this build.

(Any other suggestions would be appreciated aswell)

Any ram would do, if you want to get a B360/H310 motherboard, speed over 2666mhz is a waste of money.

Any motherboard should do good, msi and asrock tends to be more bang for the buck.

Unless it’s a oem tray or 2nd hand 8400, it should come with a decent stocker cooler for 8400.

Psu, I would recommend something over 500w up to 600w with a bronze 80 plus rating. In case you would like to add a more powerful card in the future.
