Need help for buynig electric power stabilizer for my pc and monitor

Hi I need to buy eletric power stabilizer for my pc and monitor and i have near zero knowledge about eletric current. I'd look for a 1500VA UPS with voltage regulation. This will ensure clean power, and if power input gets too out of spec, the ups batteries will take over. I have one of these at home and it kicks on rarely, but I'm always happy when it does.
