Need help for choosing a retailer

So I'm buying parts to upgrade my current pc and am in Australia so Newegg and Amazon are super expensive for me.
I have found Umart, MSY, PCCG, Scorptec and MWave. I have read reviews for all of them and there are always a few scary bad reviews which I don't want to happened to me as I don't live particularly near to my local branches. Can people help me decide which one I should order from? It is around $1000-$1200 worth of parts depending on the retailer pricing.

Hi I'm in Australia too. MSY is definitely the cheapest and the most reliable. I got all my stuff there.

Are you sure? I've heard some pretty terrible issues with warranty, replacements and refunds. I don't know what to do if I also get into one of those, I'll mainly be using online delievery as I don't drive and the closest branch is 18 Km away.

Eh, I'm no sure about you but I've been all fine with warranty and service. It's just that it seems like they are always not in the mood to talk though. They have the lowest prices but pccg has the best service
