Need help for choosing the MotherBoard and processor...

I want to upgrade my M/B and processor so that it can match my graphics card's requirement properly as I have recently bought the Asus GTX 650Ti Boost card but I am getting bottle-necking problem maybe due to low speed processor when trying to play in max settings.

These are my current system specs,
PSU : XFX 650watt Pro xxx edition
Cabinet : Cooler master HAF 912 combat mid tower
Motherboard : Intel DH55TC (having PCI e 2.0x16 port)
Processor : Inter 1st gen core i3 (2.93 GHz)
RAM : 4 GB (1333 MHz)
HDD : 500 GB sata

So, now I want to get a new ATX form factor board with Intel core i3 or i5 3rd gen. It should be of good quality and longevity is very important.

I personally prefer Intel motherboard because in my last 2 upgrades I used Intel board and both times I didn't had any issue while using them for several years till now.
I don't have any experience about ASUS and ASHROCK boad.
So please suggest me some good mother boards for Intel core i3 or i5 processors(no other processors) and which will be best for my Graphics card.
Budget for motherboard + processor : 20k INR

What resolution are you playing on? And what games are you playing? A 650 TI Boost isn't going to max very many games on a decent resolution.

Currently my max resolution is 1600X900, but I will be getting a Dell 24" 1080P full monitor. I will be playing on max resolution for that I am ready to lower down my settings from ultra to high.
Now I am playing Bioshock Infinite and will be playing all upcoming popular PC games like splinter cell, Assassins creed Black Flag, COD Ghost, Batman Arkham Origins.....
Please suggest me a good mother board for Inter i5 3rd generation but motherboard within 10-12k INR (from Intel/Asus/Ashrock only these 3 which will be best in term of longevity)
