Need help for choosing the right psu for my build

Hello,
I want to build a new pc but i'm not sure which PSU to go with.
Here is my build:

CoolerMaster N300 case
A88XM-E35 motherboard
Amd athlon x4 860k CPU
GTX 760 GPU

I don't want to pay more than 50euros for a power supply, i found the Enermax 500w , VS550 are these good quality PSU's?

A recommendation depends on what is available where you live. The 2 units you mentioned are not very good.

I live in Belgium, but now i'm soo lost i don't know what gpu to buy. People are saying that the amd cpu will bottleneck the gtx760 a lot. I already have the 860k, should i go for a safe build with the 750ti or r7 370?

The 860K is not that great but you already have one so just match up the best GPU and PSU you can afford. Games that are cpu dependent will bottleneck some but you can still use a GTX 960 or R9 380 or the GTX 760 if you already have it. You still need a good quality power supply regardless. A cheap PSU won't do the job. If you get a better cpu cooler you can overclock the 860K for increased performance.

You need a good 500 watt PSU. I looked through pixmania.be but found nothing in your price range to recommend. Good power supplies don't come cheap. If the Corsair VS550 is the best you can afford then that's what you have to go with. Quality units are more than double the price or higher.

What abou the EVGA 500w is it better quality than the vs 550?

The EVGA may be a little better but not by much. It's made by a company called HEC which makes mostly cheap crap. It would probably be ok for an office computer but not very good for a gaming system.
