Need help for connecting to internet

Hello there Need help,
Situation: I just bought 2pcs. grid type parabolic antenna (hunter link) and I attached it in the pole with its bolt/screw then I connected its cable to my Huawei B593U-91 modem. I turned on the modem and it has 1 bar with 2g signal (white) . My Pc is connected to modem through lan cable, Now when I turned on the PC and connect to google no intenet loading ? what is the problem?
Huawei B593U-91 modem has its simcard inserted in it, as an Internet Service Provider (Mobily KSA).
Question:
1. Do I need something that will be connected after the 2pcs Grid type parabolic antenna? If yes the what is it?
2. How to know about the frequency operated by a service provider in a specific country?
3. How can I have a 4 or 5 bar signal? What do I need?

Look at the modem and check the WAN port connection make sure it has the correct IP from the ISP. What is the IP that the computer is getting?

1. No clue, depends on what you are trying to get from using the antenna.
2. Contact your service provider.
3. Contact your service provider, it's all based on range to their antenna and what you can do to connect to it.
