Alrighty boys
I have Intel Xeon W3530 4 cores 8 threads 8mb L3 cache 3.0ghz boost
8gb ddr3 ram 1333mhz
Gpu is GTX 550ti 1gb ddr5 192bit

Now the thing is wanna play Assassins creed unity and tom clancy the division game
can i play these 2 games , and if yes then on what settings ???? Really need help ASAP

It's also below the minimum required specs for The Division. The Division calls for a Minimum of a 560. A 550Ti would probably run the game but you might be looking at the lowest possible settings to get playable performance.

On top of that I'm not sure how well your Xeon W3530 will hold up. It's a 2.8GHz processor with turbo boost up to 3.0GHz. AC Unity and The Division both rely on CPU power in addition to GPU power.

Again, I think the game will be playable but with your combination of CPU and GPU I think you are going to have to run the lowest possible settings. You may even consider bumping down to 1280 x 720 resolution to get a better framerate.
