Right so, I'm going by US Dollars, and 2000 Australian Dollars = 1,455.03. So 1450 USD.
I'd suggest looking at this build, sorry I wish I could use PC part picker but my laptop has decided that it will not work with it:

However, I usually don't include it because you can buy some off of reddit, you can just look on google. 15 USD Windows 8 and you can buy full legit copies.

However the OS, and also an Optical Disk Drive are optional, I still recommend going on reddit and finding someone who sells $15 versions of Windows 7,8 and 10. But for ODD, then you will need to look for an external one.
