Hi, I juste bought 2 g27c2 to have a triple monitor setup. however, i only have 2 DP, 2 HDMI, and 1 DVI ports. I was wondering if I plug my main monitor into my DVI, and the two others in DP, will I be abble tol use them all at 144hz? thanks alot^^
I would guess that it will work providing that you have the ports on the graphics card. The 144 Hz monitors typically require DisplayPort or dual link DVI-D monitor cables. HDMI with a few exceptions will not work.
Perfect ty^^ and btw, will I lose a lot of fps with a 1080 ti^^?
I think you will see some at least . With most graphics cards you will see a small difference in FPS with a 144 HZ monitor. I wouldn't expect a lot of difference.
Thank you for you answer, but I meant between 1 monitor 1920x1080 vs 3
monitors 1920x1080. And By the way, should I consider buying a DVI Dual Link cable, or a Hdmi 2.0 to Displayport 1.2 adapter and plug my third monitor into it.
thanks again^^

That is what I was referring to. I wouldn't expect a lot of impact on the FPS for three monitors, but there will be some. I would leave HDMI out f it. I would use only DisplayPort or dual link DVI-D monitor cables.

I recent'y bought 2 more 144hz 1080p monitor, but I only have 2 Display port, 2 HDMI 2.0, and one Dual Link DVI. I was wondering, should I consider buying a DVI Dual Link cable, or a Hdmi 2.0 to Displayport 1.2 adapter and plug my third monitor into it.
My GPU is GTX 1080 Ti Gaming X
My three monitors: Optix G27C2
Thanks alot^^
Glenwing :
Use DisplayPort for two of them, and DL-DVI for the last one.
HDMI to DisplayPort adapters are only available for up to 1080p 120 Hz, and the HDMI port on the monitor is also limited to 120 Hz at 1080p.
