Need help for my GTX 1050

I installed the graphics card but not yet plugging in my monitor in it (it has dmi d socket, my cable used vga)
Now my question is, if i turn on my system, should its fan spin even if my monitor is not plugged in it?

honestly i'm a little confused, why do you want to know if the fan will still operate without the monitor?
but to answer your question i see no reason why the computer wouldn't run as normal, even without a display active. it knows that it still needs to cool because even though you can't see anything, it'll still be functioning like a computer in idle and therefore produces heat

hmm, i don't think the fan will be a good indicator considering i think it should still run even if the gpu is not working, but idk anyway i updated my answer above

You cannot use DVI to VGA with the 10 series gpus, they dont output analogue signal for VGA.

You need an active DVI to VGA adapter to convert the signal if you really must use a VGA monitor.
