Hello there,
I planned for this AMD build. It is good enough? or should i go for Intel build?My budget is around MYR2500 or $700.
I'm going to use it for editing in Ai and Ps plus some gaming such as BF3,4,Thief,Dota 2 and so on.

CPU: AMD A10-7700K
MOBO: ASrock FM2A88X Extreme6+ FM2+
RAM: GSkill RipjawsX Blue 2x4GB DDR3 2400mhz
HDD: Seagate 1TB Baracuda HDD
GPU: Sapphire R7 250X 2GB DDR5
PSU: Xigmatek Tauro 500W PSU (80+ Bronze)
Chasis: Aerocool Xpredator Evil Black
ODD: liteon 24x Sata DVDRW
Cooler: Scythe Katana 4
Monitor : Dell 23" S2340L(Full HD IPS)

I'm new in here. Could you guys lend me a hand in determine the best parts?

Well I would consider:
* The FX 6300 if you can afford it over the A10-7700k, because it will be a bit better overall. You have a bit weak 250x GPU, so you could consider the Athlon x4 750k/760k (no integrated GPU) and use that extra $ to buy a 260/260x/270 (whichever fits the budget).

* Also I would drop your RAM speed down to 1600/1866 mHz, since your not going to be using the iGPU of the A10 or x4 750k/760k. Try to get RAM that has LOW HEAT spreaders, so if you add an aftermarket CPU/HSF, you won't have any clearance issues with the RAM and the CPU/HSF.

* The rest of the build doesn't look too bad. I'm not sure about the PSU, but it is 80+ Bronze, so that would usually mean that it could be built fairly well.
