Hi I have i7 8th gen 8900,A 750 watt corsair psu,and a
Gigabyte H370 AORUS GAMING 3 WIFI 8th Gen Motherboard
can my Motherboard and cpu handle a 3070?I can upgrade my PSU if needed

You mean i7 8700 right? Your system is good to go. Even for the RTX 3080.
