Need help for new PC

I've got some questions regarding parts for a new gaming pc.

Firstly I am wondering if I should go for the MSI or ASUS gtx 970?

Secondly, should I then go for a motherboard from the same producer, so either MSI Z97 Gaming 7 or ASUS MAXIMUS VII Ranger? Is the Asus Z97-A anything compared to these two by the way?

What cpu should I get, I'm mostly gaming, but I also want to stream good, so i5 or i7?

GPU doesn't matter much, both are good with good companies standing behind them.

For live streaming you'll want an i7.
