Hi,

I want to first change my video card with a budget of 150-300$ CDN (300 is only if it worth it)
I want to play GTA V and World of Warship and probably Battlefront...

My rig: I5 4690K
8Gb of ram
1TB Drive
Apevia-X Cruiser 3
EVGA 500B 500W 80+ Bronze
Acer X193W 1440x900

Then i want to run a Gmod Server does my E2160 @1,8Ghz will be enough?

First, I approve of your gaming choices (WoW)
I may look at a R9 380. Competitor of the GTX 960, but the 380 has twice the vRam and twice the bus size to deal with it.

Ok and The R7 270/370 is it good for GTA because i was thinking taking a lower card only to buy games faster lol

I think you really will want the 380. Especially for games like GTA and battlefront, very graphics intensive and everything will look far better. not to mention the 380 is more future compatible and you'll have it for longer.

ya and the GTX 960 is it better in GTA V? because GTX is 240 and R9 380 is like 260$... and my psu will support 380?

Its cutting it a bit close PSU wise, but theoretically you'll be ok. And no, The 380 is better in GTA. GTA likes vRam, 2 gigs isnt enough for it to fully shine. I suggest the 380 4 GB version.

I can not tell you a definite FPS difference, either or will be good for FPS, more importantly though, you will be able to have more textures and details with that extra gig of vRam.

When i look on youtubes videos/benchmarks the GTX 960 have more FPS than the 280 is that normal?
