I am planning to upgrade my pc and wanted suggestions for choosing some parts. I primarily use my pc for fps gaming (Pubg, Apex, etc.) I plan to start streaming after i upgrade my pc.

My current setup:

CPU: G4560
GPU: 1050ti
Mobo: Intel B250 - GA-B250M-DS3H
RAM: HyperX 8GB 2400MHZ DDR4 HX424C15FB2/8
Monitor: some cheap Aoc 60hz tn panel

Updated build:

CPU: i7 7700
GPU: Rtx 2060
RAM: Same stick for 16gb ram
Monitor: Not sure, need help!

Would an i7 7700 ($360) be good enough or should i get i5 9400f ($173) i know i'll have to buy new mobo (hoping i'll find a decent one at ~$144-173), will my current ram stick support new cpu/mobo or will i have to buy new ram? (In this case, things will get too expensive for me).

As for a monitor, i've done some research but due to my lack of knowledge unable to settle for one. Don't want to settle for a cheap one but can't afford the high end option. The main things i am looking for is 1080p 144hz 1ms i am fine with tn panels as my primary use is gaming. I've shortlisted a few monitors please help me decide one.

  1. Viewsonic XG240R - NA (price na online)
  2. Acer VG271 - NA (price na online)
  3. Acer KG271 Cbmidpx - ~$288 (no reviews)
  4. BenQ XL2411P - ~$288 (Safest option, i guess)

Will enquire about first 2 monitors in local stores. I am leaning towards KG271 as it's the cheapest option on the list, but couldn't find any reviews about it so a little skeptical. Anybody has any experience with it?

Additional info:

Country: India
Budget: $1150

Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Well, you're better off going with the i7 7700, you're planning on streaming and gaming and that processor will last with you for another few years with good use.
And for the RAM, it shouldn't really effect anything, but just for the cause of it i will include a page that shows which ram's are supported by the i7 7700.

Also this monitor seems good from the reviews i have read and its not too expensive.

I can get the 9400f and a new mobo around the same price of i7 7700, i plan to use Nvenc instead of x264 because of the cpu load, should i still go for 7700 or 9400f? which will peform better? I might upgrade my cpu/gpu again in a year or two and if i buy a new mobo/ram now then i don't want to spend again on new mobo/ram.

Are you set on an Intel build or will AMD be fine? The budget is also hefty - 75/80k however the RTX 2060 does seem to take a huge chunk of it.
I don't mind an AMD build but the 2600 (17k) is more expensive than a 9400f (12k) plus the added cost of new mobo and ram. I was hoping if I get the 9400f and a new mobo (~10k) I'll retain my current ram stick and save some money there. But if 2600 is worth the extra cost I'll try and get that. I should have mentioned that i am planning to use Nvenc to stream instead of x264 due to the heavy load.
