Need help, framerate drops:@

Hello guys, I need help🙁
I play soldier front 2 on my laptop. Specs
4gb ram Intel hd 3000 core i5 windows 764bit
I can play it on low settings, but still there are framerate drops, I get 80-100 fps as soon as I see an enemy or go near him the framerate drops to 5-10 and get killed.
Tried 3 game boosters, did many scans, I'm clean.
Please tell me a solution it well be appreciated
P.S Don't tell me to get a new laptop/gpu or this problem can't be solved.

Unless you can lower the resolution or graphics or shut down some programs, there's nothing we can do.

I tried boosting by three game boosters, everything was closed, resolution lowest graphics settings low, still framerate problems :3
