[SOLVED] Need Help Gaming PC

I'm looking build an entire new gaming pc set up. I don't really play on ultra or high settings, I usually play on competitive settings. I'd like some RGB ram and fans. I will need to buy Windows 10 and a monitor so it'll be part of my budget.
I'm in Canada, my budget will be around $1500 CAD. A modest gaming pc
My local computer store is Canada Computer, I can also purchase things on Amazon.ca and Newegg.ca

Thanks for the suggestion but I noticed no RGB ram or fans were included in the budget. I don't really need a 1tb SSD, I think 500gb 2.5" should suffice for me so hopefully save some money there.
Is there a cheaper gpu that is viable since as I mentioned I don't play on max settings anyways, i don't know if i need such an expensive card.
