Question Need help getting a 1155 motherboard and cpu for gaming

i currently have an PowerColor - Radeon R9 380 4 GB PCS+ Video Card but need help getting a motherboard and cpu capable of running fifa 19 fallout4 and skyrim. On a tighter budget looking to spend around 150$ if possible.

i am looking if possible to use a 1155 socket if possible for i series cpu and i currently have 8gb ram that i forgot to mention but would the items you recomend run fallout 4 and etc on high setting or just low?

Well the above parts would probably do 1080P/60hz/mix of med-low settings on Fallout 4 which is your more demanding game but does give you a good upgrade path.

There's also the Xeon E3 1245 which is similar to the i7-3770.
