Need help getting mSata SSD m.2 to boot as primary- Dell 15 7000 (7559)

I just bought a brand new Windows 10 Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Series (7559) come with 1TB 5400rpm HDD, but before I make payment, the salesman said it would be faster if i use Samsung EVO 850 250GB SSD mSATA m.2. I purchased it, but after waiting for 3 hours of setting, the salesman can't able to boot up the new laptop by using the new Samsung EVO 850 250GB SSD mSATA m.2. I need full guide to setup the Samsung EVO 850 250GB SSD mSATA m.2 as my primary boot drive. Please help~the laptop have one slot for HDD and another mSATA slot. the Samsung Evo 850 250gb. ssd msata m.2 is installed on the laptop now.

i dont see where the mSATA card connects to. The service manual does refer to any connector for it. It is possible I could be looking at the wrong one.

is it a m.2 or mSATA as they are different connectors, i believe.
