Ok, I have a gigabyte ga-m57sli-s4 motherboard that does not have any sort of integrated graphics. I had a GE Force 8400 GS graphics card in it but the graphics card went bad. I have a spare ASUS eah3450 that I would like to install. So I swap out video cards in the same pci slot and I constantly get a no signal from my monitor, which is a 55 inch Samsung flatscreen, which I use as a monitor for my laptop. I am using the HDMI out on new card because it's the only way I have to hook up a screen. Why am I getting no signal? What do I need to do?

Ok, after reading some more posts, let me give you some more information. I am not getting any beeps at all. My DVD burner comes on, I had a copy of Windows 7 in the drive, it spins up like it is reading the disk, then slows down a little like it is wantiwanting to boot from it, the little green light on the drive is steadily flashing on and off. All my adjustable fans come on, all lights come on. I have tried pulling all but one of my DDR2 sticks with no change. I really hope the board itself or do I isn't shot, but it was working fine with the other video card until I took it out to put it in another pc and accidentially ruined it (long story, don't ask, lol)
