Question Need help getting past the UEFI Utility Setup

I recently got a computer and I booted it up and got to the UEFI screen, great! Then I tried to exit the screen and it reset the computer only to return to the interface. I tried different ways of booting, tried resetting the computer to no avail. Can somebody please help me try to get bast this? Thank you

No I am not, I let it be as it turns on
